Ferenc Rózsa is a research assistant in the Human-Cyber-Physical Systems (HCPS) department at the Materials and Surface Engineering Group. His scientific work is concerned with the preparation (filtering) and further processing of physiological data collected using mobile eye tracking and additional (complementary) sensors. The aim is to draw conclusions about cognitive processes and emotional states of people based on the data material generated in this way. In this context, pupillometry is an important approach for gaining far-reaching insights into cognitive processes: Attention, memory, decision making, problem solving and associative learning.
